Do you deliver outside South Africa?
Currently,we only ship within South Africa, but we’re working on expanding international delivery soon.
Can I cancel my order after payment?
Once payment has been made,orders cannot be canceled or changed. Please make sure all details are correct before confirming checkout.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the hygienic nature of our kitchen products. Rest assured, every item you receive is 100% new, unused, and sealed for your peace of mind.
What are the delivery costs?
* Orders under R250– R90 delivery
* Orders between R250 and R749– R50 delivery
* Orders above R749–Free delivery
