Savia is a small business selling arts and crafts, sewing-related products, and household items. All products are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order with Savia, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete

3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display product details, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colors, sizes, or finishes may vary slightly due to lighting, materials, or handmade nature

  • Handmade and crafted items may have minor imperfections, which are part of their uniqueness

These variations do not qualify as defects.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or failed payments

5. No Refunds & No Returns Policy

All sales at Savia are FINAL.

  • Customers are encouraged to review product details carefully and ask questions before purchasing

6. Order Processing & Delivery

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility passes to the customer.

7. Damaged  Items

If you receive an item that is  severely damaged during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item, with clear photos as proof.

Savia reserves the right to review each case and determine the appropriate resolution. This does not guarantee a refund or return.

8. Intellectual Property

All content associated with Savia—including product designs, images, logos, and descriptions—is the property of Savia and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Savia shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Misuse of products after purchase

  • Allergic reactions or improper handling of materials

Products are purchased and used at the customer’s own discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of South Africa.
